What was the situation in which this photo was taken?
The situation was, after a photo shoot for a clothing brand of a friend. That hoodie was not on the set for shooting, but I totally loved it (actually bought it) and I demanded my friend to make that hoodie part of the photo shoots, didn’t make it, but I have it in my room today.
Could you tell us something about what you do?
Well…a year ago I founded a company called TOOSTYBAG in which I work as CEO and Creative Director, on the other hand, I started being required by brands of hair and beard care for photos with products, so we can say that I am a model of beard care that humbly begins to enter in this world of “modelling”, I hope to keep doing it because it is quite entertaining. What else can I say… I am an inveterate illustrator working with various local rock bands of my country, helping them in their albums or promotional posters. So I have a quite lively life that I would live a thousand more times.
How did you first become interested in fashion, creative direction and becoming an entrepreneur?
Since I moved to the US when I was 17 years old, seeing the entrepreneurial spirit of many people I met or just reading about them, opened my eyes to generating a life that I designed and not just do what it is appropriate to do.
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I know that the word “freedom” is overrated this days, but that small portion of being able to think, process and act is the most close to the real freedom I think, and that action and combination is what I like most about it.
What are you working on at the moment?
Working on making new products for my company and soon to open a shop, also illustrating album covers for 3 bands, they are quite entertaining to make, I am taking pictures every time more professionally, with the help of my professional photographer who is also my girlfriend, who will certainly give a better picture to a why not modeling career.
What are the challenges in what you do, and how do you overcome them?
I think, the desire to offer something fantastic that can be received by people is a goal to fulfill, and this fits into the various things that I can do in my life, and to reach it I need to give 100% dedication and be willing to give it all .
Could you describe your personal style?
I think my personal style would be, interested in always learning, a fundamental part of me is to never be ignorant, and in a more aesthetic way, I love being able to look good without being obsessed with ideas, I like to maintain current fashion canons with a little rebellion, to not follow them but respect them at the same time.
What is your present state of mind?
“Do more of what makes you happy”
What music are you listening to at the moment?
